When I opened my blog this morning I was greeted by a message from Chris asking me to visit her site because she has a surprise for me. I am a kid. When you call something a surprise, I have to know what it is, here and now. So I headed to her blog and what a surprise indeed. My blog is featured today in her "You are Inspirational" meme.
I've been blogging since 2006, albeit irregularly, and my site remains with a 0 page rank and in the trillionth traffic rank *big grin*. Chris is a newbie blogger who chanced upon my site several months ago so I've seen how she started. Now she has managed to get her site to PR3 and even created a new one, Inspirational Insight, which is also doing very well. I know she visits my blog often and even leaves encouraging comments. Still I never thought she even finds my "parenting stories" inspirational, thus, I am thankful and greatly humbled by her "surprise."
Recently, I've been thinking of shutting this blog down altogether. You may notice that at times my only "motivation" to blog are the red fonts in the posts :)) But having been featured in a successful blog as Chris', I guess I will carry on. For as long as there are inspirational stories to share.
