Laugh Lines

I read an article some years ago that says laughter can cause wrinkles. It argues that the skin under our eyes are very soft such that when we laugh, the skin ought to be wrinkled and over time, the wrinkles become permanent. Surely, this doesn't mean we should laugh less! I wasn't one to pay much attention to such vanities then and I never thought I'd need to use anti wrinkle eye cream someday. During the past months, though, I've noticed that my facial skin has changed dramatically. I seldom had pimples in the past but I'm getting them more frequently these days. My skin tends to be dry easily and my freckles are more obvious. And there are wrinkles around my eyes! I believe that the pimples, freckles and dry skin are caused by the harsh weather here in Dubai but I have reason to believe that the wrinkles are caused by too much laughter, too. When you have a boy as precious as mine, your days will always be full of laughter. And I intend to wear my laugh lines proudly. :)
