The Boy's Got Fever

We're only three weeks away from the most anticipated vacation back home...and the boy is down with fever. Haaay. I'm not sure where he got the fever; he has no colds, no cough. We haven't been anywhere except the mall but on Thursday night he already felt feverish. I gave him calpol and it went down. He was ok on Friday and we were able to attend church and do our usual chores. On Friday night the fever was back and so we brought him to the doc on Saturday morning. I preferred to wait a few more days before we visit the doc since other symptoms would normally show up after 3 or 4 days but the daddy was insistent. The doc said his throat was a bit sore and swollen and he was prescribed antibiotics (and that is why I'm not fond of rushing to the doc everytime) aside from calpol. The fever was gone on Sunday but was back again this morning. Hay. Worse, he seems not to be able to hold down food again, he throws up after every meal. I bet he'll lose weight in no time. I just pray he'll be well soon and be ready for our trip. I'm off to search for home insurance online, part of my tasks for preparing for next year's move. Til next. :)
